    A: No, never. We don’t charge job seekers any registration or placement fee. Our recruitment services are 100% free for candidates.
  • Q2: What kind of jobs do you offer?
    A: We work with top companies across India, primarily offering roles in Sales, Customer Support, Educational or Academic Counsellors, Master Trainers in the BFSI, Retail, FMCG, e-commerce, and IT. Positions range from entry-level to senior- level.
  • Q3: I’m a fresher. Can I still apply?
    A: Yes, some of our hiring partners do accept freshers and under-graduates with experience, especially if you're enthusiastic and willing to learn. However, most of our openings are for experienced graduates/post-graduates.
  • Q4: How do I apply for a job? What should I expect after I apply?
    A: Simply upload your resume on our website, or apply to any job listed on the homepage. You can also WhatsApp our recruiters directly for faster help. Email your resume to jobs@xperteez.co.in and provide the following details: Last drawn or Current Salary Expected Salary Joining availability or Notice Period After you apply, our team will review your application and contact you if your profile matches our job openings. We’ll provide guidance and support throughout the interview process and keep you informed of any updates.
  • Q5: Will you help me prepare for interviews?
    A: Yes! We help with basic interview questions, company-specific expectations, and guidance to help you present your best self. For select candidates, we also assist with documentation and onboarding formalities. Our support doesn’t end with just one job, we stay in touch and can help with future opportunities as well.
  • Q6: What happens after I apply?
    A: Once we receive your resume, our recruiters will match it with suitable roles. If shortlisted, you'll receive a call, WhatsApp, or email from our team for the next steps.
  • Q7. How long does it take to get placed?
    A. Timelines vary, but most candidates who are a good fit get interview calls within 2–5 working days. Joining can happen within a week if you clear the interview. Some companies offer spot-joining.

    A. Great question. We're a Registered B2B Recruitment Vendor based in Kolkata, working with verified companies like Reliance Industries Limited, HDFC Sales, Bajaj Capital, PayTM, Rupeek, 247, Flipkart, Bharti AXA, etc. We don’t ask for money from job seekers, ever.
  • Q10: I have absconded from my last company, or I do not have documents from my previous employer. Can you still help me find a new job?
    A: Yes, we can still help you. We understand that not all employment journeys go as planned. If you’ve absconded or don’t have complete documents from your previous company, we assess your case individually. In some instances, we may process your profile as a fresher, depending on the employer’s flexibility. Also, many companies, especially when it involves smaller or unregistered firms, understand that documents like relieving letters or experience certificates might not always be available. We’ll guide you on how to present your profile transparently and help you target companies that focus more on your skills and potential than just paperwork. Our goal is to support your career progression with the right opportunities.
  • Q11: I’ve been getting multiple calls from different Xperteez HRs. Why is that happening?
    A: We completely understand your concern and appreciate you bringing it up. Please note that we are contacting you strictly as part of our recruitment and sourcing process, based on your resume being available either currently or in the past on job portals (like Naukri, Shine, etc.), or through shared references. If your profile is active, visible, or was ever uploaded publicly, it may continue to appear in employer searches which is common across the recruitment industry. Sometimes, our internal teams may reach out for different roles or regions, especially if your experience is relevant to more than one client. This may lead to multiple HRs contacting you. If you'd prefer not to be contacted again, you can simply write to us at support@xperteez.co.in with your name and phone number. While we cannot fully automate blocking outreach at this time, we’ll flag your profile internally and make every possible effort to limit further contact from our end. We truly respect your time and appreciate your patience.
  • Q1: What is the typical turnaround time (TAT) for interview feedback?
    A: We strive to provide feedback within 3-5 business days after your interview. However, this can vary depending on the company's internal processes and the number of candidates being interviewed. For most cases, you'll hear back from us within the same day or next day. In some cases, feedback may take up to 15 days, depending on the company and the urgency of their hiring needs. Rest assured, we keep you updated throughout the process and ensure you’re never left in the dark.
  • Q2: Is it safe to share my PAN number during the recruitment process?
    A: Yes, it is completely safe. Xperteez never collects or shares your PAN card or any other sensitive information with third parties. The PAN number is only used as a unique identifier for companies utilizing ATS systems like DarwinBox, which help track the interview history. In industries like Banking and Finance, companies require this information for compliance and to check CIBIL scores.
  • Q3: What if I quit my job before completing 3 months?
    A: While we understand that situations can change, we recommend honoring your commitment to the company for at least 3 months, as it reflects well on your professional reputation. If you do choose to leave early, we advise informing the company and discussing it professionally. Note that it could affect future opportunities, and Xperteez may not be liable for early exits unless discussed explicitly in advance.
  • Q4: I’ve completed my interview and have been asked to appear at a few other branches. Why is that?
    A: This is actually a great opportunity! When you’re asked to interview at multiple branches, it means the company sees potential in you and wants to increase your chances of selection. The final hiring decision is made by a team of HR, Branch Managers, and Line Managers, each of whom evaluates different aspects of your skills and fit. By meeting with different teams at various locations, you have a higher chance of finding the right role that suits both your strengths and the company's needs. Think of it as giving you more opportunities to shine!
  • Q1: What types of roles do you recruit for?
    A: Roles we specialize in: Sales Executives, Business Development Executives (BDEs), Telesales & Telecallers, Customer Support Representatives, Academic/Education Counselors, Field Sales Staff, Relationship Managers, Inside Sales, Team Leaders, Master Trainers, Recruiters, Operations Executives, IT Support and Entry to Senior-level Roles. Industries we serve: BFSI, Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, Education/Edtech, IT, and Customer Service/Call Center domains. We’re also open to working with other sectors based on client needs.
  • Q2: What’s your pricing model?
    A: We usually charge 8.33% of the annual CTC upon successful joining, or a flat joining fee per candidate, depending on the role type and volume. Our standard payment term is 30 days from the date of candidate joining, and we offer a free replacement within 30 to 90 days if the candidate leaves, as per the agreed terms.
  • Q3: How fast can you close a position?
    A: Thanks to our full-time team + freelance recruiters across India, we can often deliver qualified, interview-ready profiles within 24–72 hours for common roles.
  • Q4: What locations do you hire for across India?
    A: While we’re headquartered in Kolkata, we actively hire for companies across all major regions of India, including: North India: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Jaipur South India: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi West India: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat East & Northeast India: Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Ranchi In addition to these metros, we also source candidates from tier-2 and tier-3 cities and other locations based on your hiring needs. Our PAN India recruiter network helps us deliver fast, localized talent wherever required.

    A: Yes, depending on the contract terms. We generally offer a replacement guarantee within the first 30 to 90 days, based on the client agreement.

    A: Absolutely. We're confident in the quality of our sourcing, so we're open to a trial basis. You can onboard one candidate through us without a long-term commitment. Once you're satisfied, we can formalize the agreement.
  • Q9: How do you coordinate interviews with candidates?
    We manage end-to-end coordination with candidates from sharing job details to confirming interview timings. Updates, reminders, and follow-ups are done through calls, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring the candidate is well-informed and shows up prepared and on time.
  • Q10: What happens if a selected candidate doesn’t join the company?
    A: If a selected candidate fails to join after accepting the offer, we will quickly provide a replacement at no extra charge, ensuring your hiring process stays on track without any delays.
  • Q1: What kind of partnership can we expect with Xperteez?
    A: We collaborate with colleges and universities to assist with placement support, internship opportunities, and industry-aligned training sessions. Whether you’re looking to place fresh graduates or provide them with real-world interview exposure, we can tailor a model that suits your institution's needs.
  • Q2: Can you help place freshers with little to no experience?
    A: Yes, definitely. At Xperteez, we actively support fresh graduates in securing entry-level roles across a variety of industries. We currently have in-house openings for positions like HR Recruiter and Business Development Executive (BDE) within our own team. Additionally, we regularly place freshers with our client companies in roles related to Sales, Customer Support, Academic Counseling, and Operations. We also provide interview guidance and grooming support to help students present themselves professionally and confidently, given that companies prioritize potential, communication skills, and a positive attitude over prior experience.
  • Q3: Do you offer placement support for final-year students or just pass-outs?
    A: Yes, we offer placement assistance to both final-year students and recent graduates. Many of our hiring partners are open to onboarding candidates who can start immediately after exams or internships. We also help final-year students gain internship experience, build their resumes, and prepare for job interviews in advance, so they’re career-ready by the time they graduate.
  • Q4: Do you offer soft-skills or interview preparation support for students?
    A: Absolutely. We can arrange free orientation sessions, as well as paid one-on-one mock interviews and resume reviews, to improve a candidate’s chances of selection. These can be hosted online or in coordination with your placement cell.
  • Q5: Is there any cost involved for colleges or students?
    A: Our placement support is completely free for students. There’s no charge for applying or getting shortlisted for interviews. Colleges can partner with us at zero onboarding cost, and we only charge companies for successful hires.
  • Q6: What roles or industries do you typically place candidates in?
    A: While many of our ongoing openings are in Sales, Customer Support, Academic Counseling, BFSI, EdTech, Retail, and FMCG, we’re constantly expanding and sourcing for IT, E-commerce, and operational roles as well.
  • Q8: How can a college formally tie up with Xperteez for placements, internships, or apprenticeship opportunities?
    A: We welcome collaborations with colleges and universities for internship, apprenticeship, and full-time placement support. Institutions can partner with Xperteez to provide students access to a wide range of career opportunities, both in-house and with our client companies across industries. We are officially tied up with NSDC under both the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) and NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme). Through these programs: Final-year or committed students can enroll in a 1-year apprenticeship with government certification. Apprenticeship roles include HR, Recruitment, Business Development, Customer Support, and more. Students gain hands-on industry experience, improve employability, and may be absorbed into full-time roles based on performance. To begin a partnership, colleges can simply email us at ops@xperteez.co.in with basic details about the institution and interested students. Our team will coordinate with your placement or T&P department to structure the collaboration.

  • Q10: We are interested in offering certifications or apprenticeship programs to our students. Can you help?
    A: Yes, absolutely! We are officially tied up with NSDC for the Apprenticeship Program (NATS), which provides government certification after a 1-year apprenticeship within Xperteez. This is especially ideal for final-year MBA students looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR, and business development. We are partnered with NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) for bachelor’s degree students, offering the opportunity to complete a 1-year apprenticeship in various roles like HR, BDE, and customer support, with a focus on industry-relevant skills. These apprenticeships ensure a government certification at the end of the program, boosting students’ employability prospects.
